We handle your personal data with care. This statement explains which data we process through this website, why we do so, and what your rights are.
AmsterdamTech, Mauritskade 114, 1093 RT Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 92929877, is the controller for the processing of personal data described in this statement. You can reach us at contact@amsterdamtech.nl or +31 20 66 44 183.
When you fill in a contact or quote form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, your message and, if provided, your company name, domain name and chosen package. We also store the IP address and the time of submission. In addition, our web server keeps standard log files that include your IP address, the requested page, the time and your browser type. Form messages and log files are processed and stored on AmsterdamTech's own servers and mail systems.
We only use the data from the form to answer your question or prepare a quote. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). We use the IP address, time of submission and log files to prevent abuse and spam and to keep the website secure, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. To run this website, we use the following services:
- Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.) protects the forms against spam. To do so, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser data, among other things. Cloudflare participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- jsDelivr delivers part of this website's styling and scripts. jsDelivr sees your IP address when doing so.
This website does not set any cookies and does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking services. On our own server, AWStats generates monthly visitor statistics from the log files; these are only accessible to AmsterdamTech.
We keep messages sent through a form for up to two years after our last contact, unless they lead to a contract, in which case the statutory retention periods apply. We keep web server log files for at most 10 days.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. All traffic to this website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only AmsterdamTech staff have access to the messages we receive.
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing, have it restricted, or have your data transferred. Send your request to contact@amsterdamtech.nl; we respond within one month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
We may update this privacy statement. The latest version is always available on this page. Last updated: 31 October 2026.
